The 8 Series represents YOKE’s proprietary line of self-developed and manufactured products. They are distributed through a global dealership network, with local distributors providing localized services and support. The company assigns Field Application Engineers (FAE) to assist distributors in mastering product knowledge and the latest standards, thereby enhancing service quality and strengthening brand trust.
World-leading PPE brands are major clients for the N-series featuring OEM products, sales representatives must maintain constant communication and discussion with customers to better understand their product development needs and provide them with our latest products so as to create more business opportunities and improve the quality of customer service.
Quality management system
Since hook-related products involve significant safety concerns, and in order to meet customer requirements as well as the varying requirements of different quality management systems, we have continuously obtained certifications for quality management systems. These include the Quality Management System Specification for manufacturing organizations in the petroleum and natural gas industry established by the American Petroleum Institute (API Spec Q1), and the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (API QMS:2015).
For personal protective equipment (PPE) products, we have additionally obtained the UK Article 11B Quality Management System certification. This certification is audited and renewed annually by SATRA, a UK-accredited certification body, through regular on-site inspections.
