The Intellectual Property and Commercial Court recently ruled that Securitag Assembly Group Co., Ltd. should stop infringing the Republic of China (R.O.C) Patent No. I638765 "Contactless Data Carrier" owned by YOKE Industrial Corp. and ordered SAG Company to destroy the products and molds that infringed YOKE's patent and pay for the court fee.
