On the day of 23^rd Sep., YOKE has awarded Premium Mittelstand and ISO PLUS awards by
Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS).

esponsibility (CSR)

The core value of CSR is to gradually make a positive impact on the society by the effort of
YOKE people and to make both corporate and social sustainability

In 2019, YOKE greatly promoted employee health, an internship program with colleges, a
volunteering program in hospitals or bands, environmental purifying events, the YOKE scholarship
program and so on, just to keep CSR in mind.

In the meantime, YOKE has been awarded ISO PLUS awards which represents YOKE safety and
health environmental enhancement. YOKE has acquired ISO 45001:2018, occupational health and
safety management system verification in June 2019.

Following the 2019 annual job safety risk assessment, 194 improvement plans were established,
and 50 plans were completed by the end of 2019, with the remaining scheduled for reassessment
in March 2020. Improvements from the end of 2019 helped reducing risks for 2020 which
resulted from 60 improvement programs.

Safety is our first priority. This not only is YOKE's commitment to all customers, but a way to lead
a sustainable and growing company in the industrial world.
